Return and Refund Policy

By purchasing services from Bamboo Leads, you agree to be bound by this policy:

Refunds:

Bamboo Leads operates on a 'No Refund' basis for all services purchased unless otherwise specified in writing. The payment for services rendered by Bamboo Leads is non-refundable as resources and hours have been invested to provide the said service.

Exceptional Circumstances:

If Bamboo Leads fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, the decision to offer a refund is solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to evaluate the circumstances and make the final decision.

Results and Performance:

Bamboo Leads does not guarantee specific results as digital marketing outcomes can vary greatly and are dependent on many factors outside our control. Thus, the inability to achieve desired results does not warrant a refund.

Refund Requests:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and sent to our official sales email address billing (@) bambooleads.co within 14 days from the date of the last invoice for the service in question. Requests are subject to review and will be processed in accordance with this policy. We maintain the right to decline any requests that do not comply with this policy.

Changes to Services:

If you wish to change the services you have paid for, it is at our discretion to decide if the original payment can be used as a credit towards other services provided by Bamboo Leads.

Termination of Services:

If you decide to terminate our services midway, you are required to provide a notice period of more than 30 days in advance. Even with this notice, please note that you will not be entitled to a refund for the work already completed and/or the work in progress. We implement this policy to account for the resources allocated and planning carried out based on your service agreement.

Discount Code Policy

Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, discount codes that we release are available for new customers who have not previously utilized our services.

Applicable Services: The discount code is only valid for these services offered by Bamboo Leads: Lead Generation, Brand Awareness, Review Campaign, and BambooCRM. Please note that it cannot be applied to printed products, services outside the scope of Bamboo Leads' offerings, or Ad Spend.

Usage Limit: Unless otherwise stated, the discount code is applicable for one-time use only.

Non-Transferable: The discount code is non-transferable and intended for the customer who received it. It cannot be shared or utilized by any other individual or entity.

No Cash Value: The discount code holds no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of monetary compensation.

To take advantage of a discount code, simply enter the provided discount code during the checkout or mention the code to your marketing specialist when subscribing to our eligible services. The discount will be applied, reducing the total cost for the service.
